Watermelon Park Campground Cancellation Policy

Daily Campers

• Reservations canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund minus the $3.75 reservation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

Monthly Campers

• Reservations canceled 15 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund minus the $3.75 reservation fee and a $100 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Holiday Weekend Campground Cancellation Policy

(Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend)

• Reservations canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund minus the $3.75 reservation fee and a $50 cancellation fee.
• The $50 cancellation fee will be waived if the reservation is rescheduled to another available date during the current summer season.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
